He has been enslaving the rest of the Missing People and the Cartoon Buddies, counting Javier, Monarka, Mindy, Violet, Mike, Matty, and Jacky. Possibly due to Classic Javier behaving like a demon since his religion is satanic. Javier, Monarka, Mindy, Violet, Mike and Matty were forced to refer Evil Javier as "boss" as they are forced to obey him. While Monarka, Mindy, Violet, Mike, Matty and Jacky were obediently loyal to their boss, Javier, on the other hand, was defiantly exasperated to his own twin brother. Although, Javier was still forced to obey his own twin. EJ had a very intense order that he gave to the rest of the Cartoons. He told them to murder Nicholas Gerald Smith at the Cartoon Buddies Cake Place for an unknown reason. The rest of the Cartoons agreed to obey Evil Javier as they tried to murder Nick. Unlucky for the Cartoons group, they didn't got to kill Nicholas. Including Evil Javier. Evil Javier found his slaves "irritatingly incompetent". He's been blaming, berating, threatening, scaring, and abusing them way too many times. Probably because of Javier, M, Mindy, Violet, Mike, Matty, and Jacky bothering and failing their boss, they did feared and obeyed him. Evil Javier was very horrifying enough to enslave his brothers, their pet, and Javier, Matty and Jacky's friends. Actually, Jeffrey deeply cares about his brothers, Jack and Timothy, and their pet, Jacky. He did loved them with honorable protection. Jeffrey was very interesting to be a leader. His tyranny is incredibly powerful.
