Hello and welcome to U.D.L.R.!

Thank you for taking the time to look at our game! This game was created at the 2015 Global Game Jam in Dublin, Ireland by myself (Jack Coogan), Niall McMahon and Paul Moran.

The theme for this years GGJ was the question “What do we do now?”. We wanted to make a simple co-op game so we came up with U.D.L.R. (which simply stands for Up, Down, Left, Right). This is a 2.5D constant moving side scroller where 2 players are in control of a single spaceship. One player controls the up and left direction, and player 2 controls down and right. Both players must co-operate to manouver the vehicle through a range of asteroid and minefields.

The game can be played with either a keyboard or with 2 Xbox 360 controllers (if you want to play the game by yourself this is easily achievable by chosing the Keyboard option in game, and just use both players controls).

Expect bugs, we made this game in the space of a weekend. We are working on the remaining bugs and balance issues now so we hope to update the build here in the future (current version is 0.7).
