As of 9/20/2025, I have officially downloaded the latest version of Unreal Engine 5 and have begun playing with some of the things inside it, and to be honest, the combination of C++ and UE5's blueprint system not only seems more intuative than Unity or even Godot, but has alot to it as well.
I'll more than likely have to learn alot to get this game some content, but I'll aboslutely keep you all posted on what is happening in the here and now.

Now, for some info on what I'm going to be doing for Experimental Branches. All branches will be unstable (of course), to allow users to test each feature as they progress and become more advanced. Experimental Branches will consist of two different types, Public Alpha (PA) and Public Beta (PB).
Each type will have a different meaning behind them. Public Alpha, will be what I'm working on in-engine, however Public Beta will be what will be publishable on Gamejolt. Each version will have a different label (e.g: pa0.0.0.1 & pb0.0.0.1) and will consist of either game content, or general testing. Both will be freely available on gamejolt, however, one is for the game itself, and another is just for general personal learning for my end. I will release both version to allow users to see progress.
I'll try my best to keep you all in the loop, but just know that I won't always be able to do such. Just know it'll come eventually.

Q: Will branches be announced before release?
A: Yes and No. Each branch will have their own timestamps of course, however Public Alpha Branches will not be announced to prevent spam of any kind.
Q: Will each developer (if any) be able to contribute to the branches?
A: Yes. Branches are not consistant to just me, and as collaboration is key for any project, so is collaborative learning.
