Here are a few of the requirements:

• Stage backgrounds (this is not a spoiler, because this is for Bluenette V2 only as of right now, and V1 is already out with two stage BG's)

• Bleak, darker tones (color, shading, etc.)

• Ability to draw wood, fabrics, the general things that go into stages (I'll give the BG ref's from Bluenette V1 for this)

• Ability to do this for free (I'm broke..)

• Must have an art program that can hold a lot and has a lot (Example program [from personal experience]: Krita. But basically anything that has customizable and high canvas sizes, almost no limit/no limit at all in colors, layers, etc. It can be any program!) (This one is because the BG size will be very large, and no one wants to see their app crash on them!)
