Here is a What If? scenario for what Scott’s original plan for the Fanverse would’ve been.

In late-2019, Scott Cawthon would keep a collab secret and would decide to announce the big collab in summer of 2020. In May 2020, Cawthon would announce The Fazbear Fanverse Initiative and he would use a different logo than the one we know. That logo would be the one above. Scott would announce he would be collaborating with @IvanG , @NeeTroo , @ddemkoo , @JeliLiam , and @GarrettMcKay . The developers would bring Jolly 4, Tealerland, Pyro-Illusion, Final Nights 5, and Fredbear and Friends: The Last Hour. The games would receive merch and potentially a console port. After the games’ releases, the Fanverse would be remembered as the “greatest masterpiece of all time”. Later in October 2023, Scott would announce he would be making a “Wave 2 of the Initiative” and he is searching for developers. In 2025, he would announce that Wave 2 is cancelled and he will be taking time off of FNaF for a while. This is what the What If? scenario would be like.

My favorite horror movie is ‘Five Nights at Freddy’s’. This movie may have not had the game’s storyline, but it was worth watching. Especially waiting for 8 years (because it was announced in 2015.)
