That file really is of the original model for Simon from POPGOES (2016). Not the shitty SFM port, but the ACTUAL guy, which you last saw in our April Fool's video.
Simon was created/designed by me, but this model was made by gunkystuff.
Feel free to use this model in your own animations, memes, projects, as long as they are not paid-for and that credit is given (to us, or to the POPGOES project). And of course don't make anything genuinely distasteful or inappropriate.
