Here's a first quick peek at the actual fishing mechanics. There's still a lot of refining to do but the aim is for a simple yet strategic system to catch fish. Being mindful of how strong the hook is set, to the stress on the line determines the success.

Next up

This is an issue I've been neglecting for far too long. No matter what I do, it's crippling the level design. Finally going to address it.

The Purple Striped Kupler! Ferocious fish indeed. These prefer to stay in solitude and are very territorial. What a battle if you have this on your line!

Search the area and find various types of bait. Some of the unique fish require harder to find baits!

The UI design will definitely change but I do want the equipped items to be visible during gameplay.

Currently planning out the features that will make the Alpha build. Soon I'll share what to expect in the alpha build that's coming soon. In the mean time, here's a art piece I worked on.

Yup this is an artwork done by your one and only.....me. I drew this on my phone, its not a Galaxy note but it does have a stylus and it gets the job done.

Let there be swimming! Yes, you'll be able to jump in the water in this fishing game too! Just know that, doing so will scare away some fish!
