His name is Schmoot.

He starts out in Cam 8, but after a minute, he goes cam 3 (where all of the power n' shit would be). After a minute or so after he cuts the cord and random cams on the map would disconnect. (you hear a chuckle when that happens.) you then have 20 seconds to fix it, or the cams would be disconnected for the rest of the night. (power generator is how you fix it) To lure him out of cam 3, there will be a button once you get to cam 8. press it and it plays a beep. schmoot will then go back to cam 8.

(just press the button every 20 seconds and you're good.)
