The Anocratic empire has a mandatory immigration program to make sure everyone integrates into pony society better. It involves cultural study, basic history lessons, ideological conversion and finaly at the end, being put into a chamber with mutagenic goo that transforms them into a goo creature (gootraxian) of their choosing. In this specific case, an anthro bat nicknamed Wing; has went to the final stage of the immigration program. However he was very lucky as was given the opportunity to help Lamiňík company's research to create a new bat gootraxian. Allowing him to remain a bat, without being transformed into a brown bat with green wings, which Wing didn't want. Being transfured into a new goopy bat didn't grant him any special abilities other then what all the other gootraxians have. That being longer lifespan, more flexible body, more tougher body against injuries, needing less food. With the drawback being more vulnerable to cold temperatures and having carnivore diet.
