Fixed a layering issue with a certain character.
Balancing Adjustments
Reduced the speed of the hats in the frog minigame.
Extended time limit for the frog minigame.
Das it! Hopefully now it'll be more fun to put hats on the froggies! And of course be on the lookout for more patches!
