So, first of all, Patch 3 for Phase 1 is coming out at 12:00 AM (UTC-04:00) Second of all, we want to emphasize that, unless a major bug is discovered that greatly disrupts the gameplay experience, we won't be doing another patch until after Phase 2 is released, as we really need to start the development process for Phase 2.
