Introducing Eric Williams, a British vlogger and martial artist prodigy with a fascination for retro tech (well, retro relative to their time period). Eric uses Ventitus Renga, which lets him control wind.
Here's a look at Jotaro in 1.0! He doesn't have attack animations yet, but he's up and moving.
