Craft the Timeshift device and enter Ethia Locate a new white crystal to the far right of Ethia

Make your way to the front door which will start the new boss fight

This fire type weapon deals quite a bit of damage and is a reward for donating 8000 scute to the "Meridian Life Preservation Fund" in the quest "Slightly More Wealthy"
