████ was previously apprehended by Councilwoman SO Nerira Solenne Wralor during an NSCSF operation (see 'Operation Final Mandate') after he had assaulted and wounded Councilman operator Visguste "Vis'" Tervan Wralor, stabbing him with a machete and also killing a TEN corporal by slitting his throat. After the operation, he was sent to an NSCSF facility in an undisclosed location. He'd...often act really violent, usually resisting operators and scratching Nerira's arm in an incident than had happened just now. Vis' described him as a 'childish' and wanted ████ to be put in Solitary confinement. Seriously, they could've sedated him with an injection?

This aggressive behavior is not known, but it could've been that ████ had previously inhaled angel dust prior to the assault. Councilmen Operator Nurea "Jinta" Zemann Fusca states that he was likely under the effects of Spice, since Nurea shot him with his Leeman around 4 times, which, didn't send
