Hello everyone!
After so many weeks of work, we finally finished the big update for Hide Time: Chapter One!
We took into a count all your feedback while making this update and we hope you will like how it turned out!
Lots of improvments, changes and even some new content!
The whole team is very thankful for all your amazing support! We can't wait to bring you more projects in the future!

Hide Time: Chapter One Update - List of changes:
New content/Additions:
-Added a small side activity (throwing rocks at the lake)
-Added a new interaction with a coffee machine (Drinking coffee gives the player a small speed boost for a limited period of time)
-Added 3 new locations
-Added new notes
-Added new posters and art
-Added new objects and models to futher improve the level design (new types of boxes, DJ plush, pipes, etc.)
-Added new secrets
-Added some easter-eggs
-Added a new line for John
-Added an option to turn off the objectives
-Added an option to fully delete the save file (hold "DEL" in the main menu for 3s)
-Added a bug report function (it can be found in the settings)
-Added a new item pick up sound
-Added new dust and water particles
-Added new sounds for DJ Cat (walking sounds)
-Added new sounds to the main and pause menus (sounds for clicking and hovering the buttons)
-Added second jumpscare variant for DJ Cat
-Added supprot for arrow keys (for walking)
-Added various new sounds effects around the game
-Added notifications about new files and emails in the John's computer (once a player gets a new file, a dot will appear in John's computer. Either above "files" or above "mail")
Improvements and changes:
-Overhauled the game settings panel (added resolution scale, socials tab and improved the mouse settings)
-Overhauled the animations for DJ Cat
-Overhauled the interactions system (it should work on any hardware now and it works far better now)
-Greatly improved the optimisation
-Improved the notes (you can now pick them up for easier reading)
-Improved the level design by adding more detail
-Improved the water materials
-Improved the resolution settings
-Improved the player movement
-Improved the game flow at the Lobby (the key quest should not be so confusing anymore)
-Improved the dust particles
-Improved the UI
-Improved the physics for the boxes in the sorting minigame
-Made the subtitles more readable
-Made the game a bit more spooky
-Made the survey accessible in the game settings
-Gave proper titles to the songs on John's computer
-Did a lot of general improvements to the game's code
-Did many other smaller changes
Bug-fixes:
-Fixed many softlocks (water softlock in the Lobby and couch softlock in the Cozy Corner - just few examples)
-Fixed the missing collisions for computers after interacting with them
-Fixed the interface for the sorting minigame
-Fixed the issues with constant stuttering
-Fixed the crouching (you can no longer get stuck when you uncrouch)
-Fixed the settings not saving sometimes
-Fixed the saving system not always saving all the progress
-Fixed some clipping models around the levels
-Fixed missing collisions
-Did some other tiny fixes and improvements
