Hitori update! Added click sound when clicking buttons

Added simple settings, that allow: Muting audio; Hiding level timer; Hiding the number of clicks; Turning off circle markings; Square marking; Displaying letters instead of numbers;

I made a funny bug, where you can spam F to throw grenades during a paused game, and they all get thrown after you unpause, resulting in big booms!

I added a mechanic that lets you choose where to screen-wrap to teleport around the screen. What do you think?
