First time ever porting a brawlcrate model to blender, was a pain in the ass but got it to work

The Vigo launcher is done, thanks to Jarate. The accompanying footage is also from him.

In other news, the other new weapon being introduced in this mod is also making progress.

First playtest done by @Lord2903 , Feedback was "You made a good game" so I think I'm in the clear.

I'm aiming for a Friday release however no promises, we'll see, I can promise you I'll try my best.
