Scary games always drive me nuts, Clowns make it worse! - Very Cool concept for a game. Like The_SunBreaker said, Adding a bigger house, roaming clowns. If you add roaming clowns, it might be a good idea to make it so the weapon is readily available without having to right click first.

Maybe different levels aswell? - I Could see the game as a multiplayer game where One player is a clown, and there are innocent bot clowns, and the player has to take out the regular people.
