I actually liked this. Admittedly, it being a maze game gives you a pretty good idea of what your getting into and what the game will be like, but I feel like this is actually a step up from the usual stuff. Sure, the whole goal is to get out without dying, but at the same time, I like the fact that sound is such a factor here, for me, at least. The only sound is your torch and the minotaur, which actually made silence very tense for me. When I didn't hear the minotaur, I always felt like I was gonna hear him at any second. Also, the fact that you can hear exactly where he is in the absolute darkness made me pay attention a lot more than I would in most maze horror games. You can actually play this with some skill, paying attention to sound, figuring out where the minotaur is, and navigating the maze accordingly, unlike most maze games where it's a case of, 'oh, you seem to have rounded a corner and ran right into the monster! Game Over!' where you literally have to just cross your fingers and hope that you won't just randomly run into your death.
I made a video if you want to see it.
