Hunter will make metallic footstep sounds when he is coming in, and as soon as you hear them, turn off the lights and wait for them to stop; as soon as they stop, start flashing the hall lights until he goes away.
Hunter is the Farmer and he comes through the right.
Joe is the Pirate and he comes down the vent.
