I noticed how easy it would be to get overpowered in Hunter mode. Then I learned that some games have feature to limit XP gain based on certain criteria.
That gave me idea to reduce dropped coins based on completed tier. For example: if player defeated tier 4 boss, then lower tier bosses will drop less coin the further their tier from tier 4.
This feature works great, it solves the overpowered issue and it gives desired challenge while retaining upgrade feature.
I'll adjust upgrade cost to find good feel
I also have a new boss in the work, which I'll reveal tomorrow .
It's always fun to design new boss with different AI.
