It mildly annoys me that the Pokemon Club hasn't been sending me the promo emails for a while now. When I contacted them about the issue, stating that I wanted to get Zarude from the event, all I got was: "We are aware of an issue affecting some customers not receiving a newsletter and are investigating. We will follow up as soon as we have any information to share."
I just want a Zarude.
