I was bound to hit this limit eventually. project.json is the file inside an Scratch project which contains all code in the project as well as asset metadata. To save a project on the Scratch website, the uncompressed size of the project.json file in the SB3 must not exceed 5 MiB, and I have hit that limit as of build 108.
