I don't recommend playing The Haunted Apartment with a controller since it's luck based due to the lockers opening when you press A, which is the jump button.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
If you have more of an acquired taste, the restaurants in Niravasi have you covered! Maybe skip the salad bar, though.
