He is Cady the owl, whose vocation is to be the voice double for the duo of characters Matthew and Esmeralda. His personality is based on a fairly intelligent and educated character with a great ability to come up with jokes.
The character within the game can be said to be a very clear reference to the Hispanic YouTuber Cade, whose mascot is an owl.
