I have a plan...( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)


So…I have an idea how to get at least half of the progress done in FNAE automatically, and that is using Matthew’s MFA extracting software. Using this, I can eject the source code from FNAE (the demo only) because sadly, I never had any backups on Five Nights at Edward’s, so the game is completely erased! Except for on Game Jolt…so here is the plan:

  1. I download the demo of Five Nights at Edward’s.

  2. I use the anaconda extractor to retrieve the source code again.

  3. I replace all of the textures. (The reason being is that I have lost EVERYTHING!! not just FNAE, but all of my files in general, so I have to redesign Edward, Patricia, Lexi, Golden Edward, J—— t— B—- ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°), etc.)

  4. I redo the other half of the game. (This includes, A.I., most of the death sequences, better character design, etc.)

  5. Release the game to the public and finally have you guys enjoy it. :D

So I know it's not much, but I currently have the intro and title screen completely finished (save for a few potential revisions in the future), so I figured I'd give you guys a small preview of what I've got so far! :D

UPDATING ENGINES!

So, after planning for a bit, I can tell that CTF 2.5 won't be able to handle this game. So henceforth, this game will be developed entirely in Unity!

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
