I have a request for Those more experienced in the art of 3D.

As some of you may know, I like realistic space stuff.

Megastructures is one of my favorite topic. And the O'Neill Cylinder is the most interesting one for sure.

I would like to model one in Blender but I'm not sure how to pull it off.

Is there someone who have more experience with modifiers in Blender, someone who could give some tips about how to build it and at he same time to make it easy for later editing?

This answer would very helpful.

This is how I feel now.

Well... Since no exam has been canceled, I think it's safe to say that this is the only thing you need. Especially me.

I love neon signs. Here is just the neon light.

Here's the #Blender animation I've been working on for the last little while!

I made it to celebrate 30 years of HeR Interactive (the company that makes the Nancy Drew games) and 100 years of the Nancy Drew books! What do you think?

I once made a burger.

Have a closer look at this specimen.

How can you turn this into 3D without making it look like some animation from youtube nobody heard about?
