…it just makes me uneasy because I’m sleeping in it, and I have no control over what happens that I can avoid when I’m asleep. Reguardless of whether there’s a big risk or not, I’m always afraid of the thing I’m obsessed with: Tornadoes. They’re deadly, beautiful, and 1000x my dangerous at night. I live in an area with no tornado sirens either cause they’re so uncommon. But reguardless, it always makes me uneasy, cause tornadoes can happen anywhere, anytime. The weather just has to be right.

May one day, I won’t be scared to sleep in a thunderstorm like this. Maybe I can help people sleep calmly and know when they need to take cover. Fear is a part of nature, it’s completely natural and made to protect you, so hopefully, when I’m older, I can use it to protect others and keep them safe. Always, I’m going to knit and calm down cause I don’t need a panic attack in the middle of a thunderstorm. Just cause it’s severe, doesn’t mean it’s gonna kill me, cause I’m not standing outside with an umbrella trying to get Zeus to strike me down (lmao)

So Gn yall, I’m probably stay up watching the lightning a bit more. If we do get a Tornado Watch, I’ll let you guys know and get my family in a safe place.
