Major changes have been made to CGSE.

The level design is no longer blurry and further gameplay improvements can be expected.

Engine update. The engine code that I was using until recently was starting to get pretty weird, so I moved to a framework that I'm currently developing. In addition to that, I made some changes to Sonic's abilities.
