Implemented Sonic 1 Tales title screen!
We succeeded in moving the before the sequel stage sprites with the CGSE SPECIAL engine!
Engine update. The engine code that I was using until recently was starting to get pretty weird, so I moved to a framework that I'm currently developing. In addition to that, I made some changes to Sonic's abilities.

I like @SwappyBlue's Nix/Anti-X series, so I implemented the Nix style on the title screen.
