Added the ability to blend/cook/mix a single ingredient. Not very useful in most cases but a handful of recipes were created by combining two of the same ingredient. While you can still do it that way this offers a shortcut to the same outcome.

Added a customer queue to Chimera Coffee. These different customer order visuals for each level will add even more variety to make each level feel different from the last!
