So, his name is 15SrX

He lives in the ROMHack of Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and use chainmails to spread himself and find new victims.

He has his own cult, Church of the Savior, which also helps him to spread his word. Some of cultists can sacrifice themselves and transfer their souls in the game. This way, they become Agents - entities that help 15SrX to deal with his enemies. Their bodies meanwhile will be used to spread the cult and find new people who will follow 15SrX. Cultists refer to 15SrX as saviour.

When 15SrX finds a victim, he uses electricity to burn the enemy's body and transfer a new soul into his game. In game, he and Agents hunt down these unfortunate souls and kill. Once every victim in game dies, 15SrX restarts everything, repeating this cycle of torture over and over again. Victims and Agents remember every cycle.

15SrX kills his enemies in the game by burning them from inside. However, victims don't really die. They might get burnt from inside, but they're still alive, unable to control the given vessel, so everything they can do is suffer from the pain and scream in agony

15SrX is the only immortal entity in the game. Every Agent can be killed, however after the cycle will restart, everyone will be revived, including Agents.

Now, about the differences:

• 15SrX is not a pedophile. Any relationship between him and his cultists or agents is like between the saviour and the follower.

• Exetior, Sark and Negagen were merged down and now are just different forms 15SrX took to adapt and look more trustworthy.

• 15SrX is rather unsettling than edgy.

• 15SrX, unlike Sark and all those shitty Nightmare Universe EXEs, can modify himself and take any form he wants. However he prefers to play the game more fair, so he stays in his regular vessel

• 15SrX isn't a crybaby
