I once again come to gamejolt for assistance. Does this look bad? It's a commission for a friend and I wanna make it perfect [More info in article]

My friend commissioned me to make a fox with a missing left arm and eye wearing some armour. [A little edgy but I'm not judging] and they sent me a photo of the Fallen Knight Armour from Dark Souls [I think, I've never played it or seen anything about it] here's the photo for refrence:

I've never drawn armour a day in my life and I think it looks a little silly. Maybe it's the proportions? The tail looks goofy too. If you have any suggestions or advice please let me know yall
