Why Batch?
R= For greater compatibility between Windows and MS-DOS systems – plus it's easier than other languages.
Will there be music/sound?
R= Negative. Although there are ways to reproduce sound, an external program is needed to reproduce it. (regardless of the time it would take to get MS-DOS/other terminal-only systems to play audios)
And images?
R= Yes and no. First, images will not be supported. (obviously) However, I've been working with ASCII artwork to replace it when necessary, and I'll try to make it as recognizable as possible from the original. Here are some art from the game: (with a certain effect on the font)

Gameplay:
R= The factor of Undertale being what it is, will have to be the concept of not having to kill. This will be kept. In terms of how it will be applied, it will be similar to the RPG's of the time. (70s) I've done some tests with the battle mechanics and it turned out nice, so I'm sure the result will be satisfactory.
Summary of everything:
At the moment, only 5% of the entire game is ready. (what's missing is the story, most of the mechanics have already been done) I intend to release a sample going until after the battle of Toriel. Maybe next week will be on the game page. I'm a novice programmer with little time to work on this project, so any help would be greatly appreciated. (if possible in art, which, as incredible as it may seem, takes considerable time to make it as recognizable as possible. A support for the texts would also be a great help, mainly because English is not my language of origin)
