It tastes good, but the marshmallows tastes very sweet. I've eaten Lucky Charms before, but I don't remember the marshmallows tasting this sweet.
I don't know if I they added more sugar in the marshmallows. Or the added more sugar specifically for this new Super Mario Galaxy movie promotion.
Or it could be just me not eating sugary cereals that very often. 
As for the cereal part, it has a nice strawberry taste. It didn't taste sugary which is a good thing. If I eat strawberry flavored cereal, oftentimes the flavor would either be overpowered by the sugar or that the artificial strawberry flavoring isn't that good. Surprising, the strawberry flavoring tasted good. At least to me anyways.
If you like Lucky Charms, go for it, but keep in mind that the marshmallows are very sweet.
Of course, there are more Super Mario Galaxy movie promotions with General Mills' other cereals such as Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Trix, Reese's Puff, and Honey Nut Cheerios.
I'm looking forward to seeing the Super Mario Galaxy movie. Hopefully, the pacing will be better in this second movie than in the first one.
