Feature: Moons now need to be colonised before they can be used.

This update has mainly focused on cleaning up the UI so I can start to add more to the game (new ships and buildings) as well as a number of bufixes and gameplay tweaks. Apologies for the 2 year wait but I have a little free time over Christmas so there will be a few more updates in the next month or so.
