Hey everyone! Today i should have been able to make a progress update and say that the office props are finished, however that didn't happen and i'm disappointed in myself for that being the case.

I'm not going to use any vague wording, i'm just going to lay it on thick... I'm getting demotivated each day as the project goes on. This has nothing to do with you all, it has to do with the team.

What's wrong? Well, i've been feeling like despite how good of a team size we have so far, nothing is really being done and i don't really like the feeling of being the only person working on this project and updating the team on my progress (if any) when the programmer, VA and Artist are waiting to do their parts as well.

So i've been taking more breaks than i should be (I only take a break on weekends usually), it's getting to the point where i'm blaming myself for nothing getting done outside of what i've been working on. So unfortunate to say, i really hate this situation where the team members that aren't doing things (Despite me telling them) or updating me on progress, this lack of focus or autonomy is getting to me and idk what to do about it.

So be aware, i'm NOT going to CANCEL this project or put it ON HOLD, but there is a clear problem i need to fix and idk how to go about doing that when it's just weighing me down.
