Fixed if you flip the maintenance panel too fast the static always shows.
Fixed the "What in the boop" achievement being unobtainable.
Fixed if you force close out of endless mode the timer gets stuck on other non-endless nights.
Fixed 4/20 achievement being given to the player after starting a new game.
Added death count in the extras menu.
