Improved UI & Some Big News!

Hey there GameJolteer!

It’s been a while since I posted any update for Sorlo The Platformer Wizard, but after awhile I finally made up my mind on how I wanted to improve the game (Any feedback or suggestions are more than welcome! :) )

Looking back at the project it was always intended as a mobile game and not really a browser game, but the functionality of GameMaker Studio allowed for me to make the web version and test with it.

So after all this time, I have decided to implement these new features:

  • New and Improved UI for the players!

  • New and Improved Collisions (Fix for the past)!

  • Texture Ripping Fix (From the past)!

  • New Levels!

  • New Trophies!

  • An Official Android Export!

  • Minor Game Changing updates!

I don’t know if you’re excited but I definitely am! Over the next few days these updates will be in progress and an official DevLog will be released when the update has been applied :) All updates will be included in the mobile version and the web version!

I hope you’re looking forward to the update! Please provide any feedback or suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated!

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Here's a Fredbear sprite i made in Aseprite! I'm pretty proud of this!

(Btw, sorry for the double post! I'll try to post less)
