I love playing games that individual developers create themselves as a way to experience and show off making video games and possible make it a future career. I go on GameJolt frequently, and it amazes me so much that so many young developers make such things. If you haven’t been there, check it out.

I mean, some of the games there a simple, but fun. When it’s online it can be better to a point. I found a remake of Super Smash Bros with a Crusade at the end (links to everything at the end of this) and I loved it. I can’t say that I hate any of these games for the potential they have even on a basic engine. I love volunteering to play these games and make sure I always write a small review about them to let their creators know how I feel. I always try to keep it positive, developers will always change as they grow and make their games better and bigger in many ways.

I can’t say that any of the games I play were bad although I don’t think they’d be mainstream games at first. Though, many games like Slender and FNAF started off because of that, so there is always that possibility. Even something as simple as stick figures, it was made into an amazing game like Boring Man.
It’s honestly worth checking out some of them. I even enjoyed I’mscared, and I would never say otherwise about any of these games.
