INFECTED MINDS: Devlog #01.


What's up guys!

We're finally giving you a devlog on what's been happening for the past 6 months or so.


First off: THE STORY:

The story has been mostly written, almost all the nights have already been thought of, most of the story aspect also thought off, etc.
Ofc, there are still things left to finish up, but as of now it's more than enough.

When it also comes to the story, 3 endings have been planned as of now.


Second: THE MENU:

The menu has nearly been finished, aside from small bug fixes and such. The menu overall is simple and easy to understand. There isn't really much to talk abt lol.

Third: THE GAMEPLAY:

The gameplay didn't progress that much. Aside from the small preview from about 2 months ago, the main office gameplay still hasn't been finished and there's still much left to finish before having the game ready. Ofc the gameplay will vary on your choices.

The office gameplay is kinda trying to emit that fnaf 1 feel, while also giving it its own spin. Not much to talk about as of now.


Fourth: CUTSCENES:

As of now, there is only 1 cutscene present in the game, that being the first intro cutscene. Can't talk about it as of now due to slight spoilers. There will be MANY more cutscenes/ interactive cutscenes, where you will be able to choose on your own, which could affect the ending you get.


At last: MISCELLANEOUS STUFF:

The saving system has been mostly coded, as of now all the settings work perfectly.

No sounds have been implemented into the game yet, but that's going to change soon.

The game is still not finished, even the AI hasn't been implemented in, as of now even though it looks fine on the screenshots, it's still barebones and slightly buggy. Most of the mechanics for the animatronics have been thought out.

Infected Minds Steam release leak? [no, just doing some goofy stuff]

Since the demo released, I guess it's time to continue!

Here's some progress on night 4 [can't show much yet, sorry!].

PS4 pad support fully works! + Some kinda short beta testing is happening rn [more like alpha testing but whatever Ig].
