"Hello, my old Friend!" is a semi-linear indie RPG puzzle game made (so far) by one guy. There was a second guy who was working on this, but he... Left. The game will have basic item management and combining items to make them into more useful items. The game will have dozens of items/tools you can use, pick up, and/or mess around with. Health items, throwable weapons, projectile tools, light tools, melee weapons, maps, etc. 70% of the items in game can be crafted. However, in order to craft items, you need to find objects to craft with. It won't be like Minecraft or Terraria the entire game is an open world sandbox thing, it's meant a traditional RPG game with maybe one or two mechanics that can keep the game fresh. There are also alternate paths you can take. Some paths can be freely chosen at any time, other paths however require that you need to be skilled enough or have the proper item to proceed in said paths. The game is planned to be 2-4 hours long, but reply value will be the (probably) make the game longer for you to enjoy. The story will also be one of the bigger parts of HMoF. It won't be as deep or complex as the stories of SOMA, Silent Hill 2, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, etc. But it will remain vague and not all answers will be revealed. But it will give a satisfying conclusion. Most of the game is backtrackable. Meaning if you want, you can come back in to a much early area of the game and do a small side quest that you couldn't do earlier. Things like that. The game is planned to be released late 2020 or early next year. I hope you all are interested to see what this game will have to offer. Also, this game WIILL be free. Well, more like "Name your price" but even then, I only recommend that you pay one or two dollars and that's it. I hope you enjoy the game when it comes out. See you then.
