For a long time, we’ve been searching for ways to make it clearer when you can input a move. After quite a bit of trial-and-error, we reckon we’ve found a solution!
We’ve implemented a visual queue to indicate the time window in which you can input the next move. Throwing a move will trigger bright outlines to pop out around the character, and particles to shoot out.
We feel this input queue will allow the player to execute a move as early as possible, and to learn not to button-mash.
We’ll have the downloadable demo updated in a week or so with few more changes! So watch this space!
