What is Deltarune Titans?

Deltarune Titans is a fangame of Undertale / Deltarune with the premise of taking all the secret bosses from Deltarune, putting them into Undertale, and powering them up using the human souls.

Wasn't this game originally the Omega Jevil fight?

Yes! And it still is. However, the entire scope of the game has been vastly expanded upon. The whole game surrounding the Omega Jevil fight has been heavily polished, but the main fight itself is still true to the original fight. However, an additional phase has been added before the omega fight.

Can I fight the Chapter 2 boss yet?

Unfortunately, not yet. Development on the 2nd chapter has gone on for much longer than expected. However, it will be worth the wait. The original Omega Jevil fight was created in five days, and you can just tell how messy and unpolished it is. I cannot guarantee a release day, but it may have to be past Halloween. I am a college student as well as an intern, so I'm very busy every day! However, to hold you over, I will give a sneak peak into Chapter 2.

Should I wait for Chapter 2 if I've already beaten Omega Jevil?

I would suggest not. Every chapter has three different starting options, depending on what endings you get. If you beat Omega Jevil and get the pacifist route, you will unlock the pacifist option in Chapter 2. Likewise, if you destroy all the souls, you will unlock the soulcrusher route in Chapter 2. If you download Chapter 2 when it comes out, and haven't beaten any parts of Chapter 1 yet, you won't be able to play Chapter 2 at all until you beat a route of Chapter 1.

Can I transfer my save file from Omega Jevil to Deltarune Titans?

Unfortunately, no. I've basically rewritten the entire engine, which includes the save file code. If people ask for it enough, I can provide a save file with all routes of Chapter 1 completed. However, when Chapter 2 releases, you will be able to download the game and continue right from where you left off.

Chapter 3 and beyond

While every chapter is intended to be based off the secret boss of the equivalent Deltarune chapter, the game also has lore of it's own. Don't be surprised if future chapters deviate from your expectations, or don't go in the exact order of events you predict.

Closing Notes

It's been three entire years since I released this project. It was pretty much abandonware until Deltarune Chapter 2 came out, in which I decided to come back to the game. It was also made in GMS, so I upgraded it to GMS2 and compiled it with the ultra optimized YYC compiler. It'll be so cool for everyone to see how much I've improved as a game designer over the years.

Heh, I created this game when I was seventeen. I'm now twenty years old. I wonder what twenty-three year old Rovert will think of this project? Hopefully he will say "This sucks, I'm gonna make it even better." Or maybe they will be too busy working on an original indie game!
