Welcome, everyone!

Looks like we've got quite a following for a project that got publicized just two days ago.

This project combines the game Undertale with the universe of the SCP Foundation.

Now, sit tight - this devlog will tell you everything you need to get started.

Introductory Plot

Due to certain events that put humanity into total chaos, Frisk is forced to enter a restricted area which soon is known to be even... weirder... than expected. In there, Frisk will meet many friendly faces, but will also uncover a deeper, darker plot.

Who is the cast?

The cast structure of Undertale has been changed to intertwine with the commonly-known cast of research staff present in the SCP Foundation wiki.

You will find most of them having been matched with their roles due to:

• Personality

• Importance to entries

• Future plans

• ...and slight rewrites that make them "special".
  For this reason, only one of the characters actually match, but we won't reveal who :P

You can expect from new devlogs to feature character designs, lore drops, game previews and much more.

We are a two-people team working on the project, it being my lovely wife (character designer, sprite artist, writer) and myself (developer, composer, spriter, writer).

For this reason, we will not be accepting any other party into the game development process. However, we would be happy to interact with you guys through socials!

We feel like a Discord server is not needed, however feel free to comment if you do want one.

Going over characters...

Our first entry into the development of characters is Dr. Agatha Rights as Mettaton!

Dr. Rights is a fun character that we made to "break" the serious dynamic of the Foundation. Undertale is whimsical, after all; it would be wrong for us to be 100% serious.

In this universe, Rights is a lovely lady with a strong sense of humor and incredible, incredible boredom. Her human form is only revealed in-game after your encounter with her "battle suit" which she is very proud of.

Dr. Rights, just like the others, works at the Foundation's efforts to ███████ ████████ and lives with the others in one of the many facilities that Frisk will be able to explore.
