is there a fix for this? when i try to login on pc this happens, but when i try to login in my phone it just login normally.

i got t3 ban from the game from stat manipulating, and yes i did manipulate the stats, but i really regret it, because now i wanted to play just for fun and i remembered that i was banned, i'm not gonna do it again, pls.
