While no-one knows when Laylat al-Qadr takes place, it's believed to be in the last ten days of Ramadan (Sunni's believe it's likely the 27th, Shia's the 23rd)
You'd better be on your best behaviour and do as many good deeds as possible, as according to the Qur'an:
"We have indeed revealed this in the 'Night of Power'. And what will explain to you what the night of power is? The Night of Power is better than a thousand months. Therein come down The Angels and the Spirit by Allah's permission, on every errand. "Peace!...This until the rise of Morn!" - -Surah Al-Qadr
What this means is that any good deeds performed in Laylat al Qadr will be multiplied as if you did that deed every day for 1000 months. Thats over 83 yrs or about 30,437 days

A good strat I employ is to donate £1 to charity every day, thus ensuring that I've donated at least £1 to charity on Laylat al-Qadr
Which means that the Hasanat (good deeds) I'd have done would be equal to donating £30,000 with only £10
Easy money glitch ;)
