If Ben dies on Day 3, the game will now check for his life state before exiting your home. If he is dead, the event trigger for the theater will now automatically be set

The medals make a comeback and serve a new purpose. Collect all medals and Dee will turn them into the gold medal once you meet him in the abandoned house. Having the gold metal in your inventory causes a new ending if certain conditions are met. The black medal's finding spot is now changed
You can now take revenge on Ben at the bridge after failing the QTE to avoid being almost drowned

Minigames are now changed. They have been remastered similar to CL2 and no longer send you to a game over screen if lost or title screen if won. You will now be sent back to the minigame house with all minigame relevant triggers changed to starting point
Removed JPG Images for the Day Intros to make the game prioritize the PNG-Version. The JPG-Versions lack transparency
Fixed some logical dialogue flaws (Sally about Ben going out after Tails Doll and Ben commenting the Forest's darkness at daytime)
Pretty huge list, right? Well, let me tell you the most important things from this update.
You can now collect GameJolt-Trophies. You can login at the start of the game or later with the use of the certain key item.
You can now access Day 6 after Day 5 which is basically the final confrontation and determines your ending based on sanity and relationship score.
Day 7 is accessible if the final confrontation was passed.
Medals now have a new purpose. Instead of originally granting you the good ending(which is now granted through the new sanity and relationship system), the gold medal will be able to save you at some point, when everything turns to hell literally.
The collectables which were earlier found in the old abandoned house can now be regained in the new abandoned house.
The minigames are back and this time they truly ARE minigames. They no longer send you to the title screen, when lost or won. You will be sent back to the minigame house with all minigame-relevant triggers disabled or changed to starting point. This allows you to replay the minigames without loading your save file again.
Even if most of the bugs were eradicated during testing phase of the full version, there may be stuff which I missed.
In that case I want you to report any bug that you find to me immediately. I will make a list and fix them as soon as possible.
You will notice that one minigame is not yet playable. It will be made ready at a later time with an upcoming patch.
I am truly pleased with finally being able to finish this game and bringing you the full version of it. I truly hope you have fun playing it, especially with the replayability I developed into it.
