Sup, y’all?
Despite yesterday being my day off, I was accidentally productive as hell and finished trailer 1! You can find it on the main page.
For anybody wondering, the programs I am using to create this game are as follows;
-Blender
-Photoshop
-Clickteam Fusion 2.5
-Final Cut Pro X
-Logic Pro X
-Audacity (for smaller audio edits)
For blender I actually model really oddly. Most people will take a line and extrude it a billion times to make shapes and then make it into an actual digital face and then shape it into the character they want. I use cubes, spheres, cylinders, premade shapes like that. I’ll bend and shape it by subdividing the shapes multiple times and dragging them to line up with my sketch I’ve done of the character. Then I’ll apply subdivision surfaces, textures, etc, and then rig it much like a Half Life 2 model because that’s what I’m used to. I always render in 4K and downscale to 1080P for quality and all animations render in 60FPS, in case you’re wondering. If you have any questions about Blender I can answer them!
