Miko in that image looks like half Frisk, half Chara (with background splitted to two parts that match the SOUL colors in Sans's battle) (Say that she is like Frisk because of the narrow eyes, say that she is like Chara due to the smile, which is creepy, and her pose along with Byakuren is similar to Chara's fanart of taking Frisk's SOUL).
